Heating, hot water and electricity are included in the price for The Shippen. Electricity including heating and hot water in Roe Cottage and Buzzards View is included in the price until the 1st September 2008. From then on, electricity will be payable by coin meter.
Well behaved dogs are welcome and are an additional £16 per pet.

All cottages are available from 4pm on day of arrival until 10am on day of departure. A deposit payment of 1/3rd the total cost is payable at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Usual terms and conditions apply.
