The farm cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms and 1 bunk bedded room with a cot (please bring your own cot bedding), we can also erect a z-bed in one of the double rooms if required. We can also provide a stairgate and highchair if required. There is a bathroom with bath, toilet and basin and another bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Buzzards View has a fireplace housing a large 'Villager' wood burner and a full basket of logs is provided - extra logs are always available for a small charge of £4.00 per trug. Electric is via a £1 coin meter. Heating in Buzzards View is by electric wall heaters. A colour television, DVD and radio are provided.

MORE ABOUT BUZZARDS VIEW

Buzzards View was converted from a traditional farm building. It has been named because of the wonderful opportunities you have to see Buzzards hunting for food across the valley towards the forest. It is not unusual to see 6 or 7 circling together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs, enabling guests to really take in the views of the Devon countryside from the open plan lounge and diner, situated on the first floor. The wood burner, original timber beams and wooden floors create a unique atmosphere in this converted barn.

LAUNDRY ROOM (coin operated - £1 will do a wash) Shared by all cottages with washing machine. Buzzards View washing line is situated behind the cottage.  

DOGS Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement and are an additional £16 each

CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA - We have an outdoor play area with climbing frame, slide, swings, large trampoline and plenty of space to run around. Shared by all cottages. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS IN THE CHILDRENS PLAY AREA.

SMOKING All of the cottages are non smoking.
