Spent 2 Nights and 3 Days at Golland Farm over the May Bank Holiday weekend...

And what a weekend it was, the Buzzard View Cottage is very well kitted out with everything you would need for a comfortable time away in a remote place... The scenery and views are spectacular, and i really enjoyed spending the night staring at the amazing view of stars, saw plenty of satelites and shooting stars...

Both the fishing lakes are very picturesque, and all you can hear is the wildlife and maybe some church bells in the distance... You can have a very relaxing time fishing with no disruptions at all...

All in all i would thoroughly recommend Golland Farm and all it has to offer and i would like to thank Nigel for being so helpful and friendly...

 Eleven of us stayed in the cottages and fished the small lakes over a long weekend.

 The accomodation itself was great. Spacious, clean, enough mod cons to suit and had spectacular views

 Although the fishing was hard going due to the bright conditions and them spawning, each one caught was in excellent condition. The ponds themselves are well looked after, full of features, more peaceful than you could imaginge and set in a beautiful location.

Nigels friendliness and hospitality was second to none. He really couldn't do enough and every request of ours was met without gripe. He's a pretty good cook too.

 In all it's a lovely place and I'd love to go back again someday.
