ROE Janette, Justin, Naom...: Roe Cottage

"A lovely welcome to a clean comfortable and cosy Roe Cottage. Made great use of the open fire. Our kids loved the play barn and feeding the rabbit. Super surroundings. We enjoyed the lakes, river and the around the farm. A great base to get around North Devon including Westward Ho for the waves, Coombe Martin for the rock pools, Ilfracombe for the harbour and Barnstaple for a look around the shops. A good day out was the Devon Railway Centre. Had a really great break. Many thanks again for making our stay so enjoyable. Would recommend to family and friends."

Spent 2 Nights and 3 Days at Golland Farm over the May Bank Holiday weekend...

And what a weekend it was, the Buzzard View Cottage is very well kitted out with everything you would need for a comfortable time away in a remote place... The scenery and views are spectacular, and i really enjoyed spending the night staring at the amazing view of stars, saw plenty of satelites and shooting stars...

Both the fishing lakes are very picturesque, and all you can hear is the wildlife and maybe some church bells in the distance... You can have a very relaxing time fishing with no disruptions at all...

All in all i would thoroughly recommend Golland Farm and all it has to offer and i would like to thank Nigel for being so helpful and friendly...
